DETAILS

The Missouri Hunter Education Skills Session is the second half of the hunter education certification process after completing one of the knowledge based options. Students must be 11 years of age & older to attend this session.

SKILLS SESSION information: This Skills Session will satisfy Part Two of the Missouri Hunter Education requirements. You must complete Part One, the Knowledge Portion, to attend the Skills Session. You may complete the Knowledge Portion by self-study student manual, or attend a Classroom Session. Bring the student manual with the review questions on pages 70-74 completed to be admitted into the Skills Session. Proof of age is required for all students attending the Skills Session. Students ages 15 and under must have an adult present. The final exam will be administered at the end of the Skills Session. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before the beginning of the session to complete registration; late arrivals will not be admitted. In the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted by email and/or phone. In addition, as of July 2017, students who are 16 years and older may do the entire process online.
