Please join us for the Fourth Annual Ice Fishing Clinic at Hunnewell Lake Conservation Area. There will be a classroom portion inside, followed by a fishing trip out on to the lake, ice permitting. In the event of no ice, the clinic will continue with participants fishing from the ADA dock and catwalk. Please bring warm clothes, a bucket or seat for the ice. There is also no local dining, so a lunch or snacks are advisable. In the event of hazardous weather, i.e. Ice, freezing rain or heavy snows, the class will be canceled. Location Information

Hunnewell Lake Conservation Area covers 1,905 acres and includes a 228-acre lake, and a fish hatchery. The hatchery raises a variety of fish including channel catfish, largemouth bass and bluegill sunfish, walleye, and hybrid sunfish for stocking.
Directions:

From the town of Hunnewell, MO on Hwy 36, take Route Z north 3 miles to the area. The entrance to the area will be on the left hand side of Route Z.
