| MDC welcomes you to join Chef Walker Claridge and Bernadette Dryden, author of Cooking Wild in Missouri, for an evening of conservation and cuisine. Cooking demonstrations and small plates served to all participants. Discover new food preparation methods and fresh flavors of spring with this special culinary experience connecting Field to Fork at Broadway Brewery in downtown Columbia. Free event open to age 21-years and older. Registration required. |
